General TOS
Please read the Agreement carefully before proceeding with your request.- I retain all the rights to use any commissioned work for any purpose.
- I have the right to reject commissions without further explanation.
- Purchase is for digital files only.
- I have the right to record commissioned work for timelapses. Some works may be chosen to be published.
- Payments will be accepted through PayPal or VGen (USD).
- Payment will be requested before I begin the full illustration.
- There will be no refunds once I start the commission piece. Cases where it is not possible to finish the illustration or an natural/unnatural force has affected the Artist, it is allowed for a full refund.
Usage for Personal Commissions
- Non-commercial work should only be for personal use and non-profit only. Give credit where credit is due.
- I have the right to add fees for any complicated work (high detailed patterns, complex objects)
- I allow 1 revision for the draft but I will not allow revisions once the piece has been started.
- I have the right to cancel any commission if client has not responded/communicated nor paid after a two (2) month period.
- It is prohibited to use any drafts or completed works for A.I. (Artificial Intellegience) or A.I. Training.For Skeb Requests
- I have the right to freely create the artwork in any form, expression, and composition possible without the client adjusting or revising. All decisions will be held to me, the Artist. Perfection for the client is not guaranteed for this service, please see other commission options for more control of your request.
- Payment will be requested as soon as I accept the client's request.Works can be delivered via Email, Google Drive Link, or VGen.Email or DM on X/Twitter for any questions.

It would be much appreciated if you can provide【Purpose of the work / Content of work / Deadline / Budget】 as much as possible when making the request to make the process go smoothly.For Commercial based request, the following additional rates will be applied based on the request.→ +50% of total price: The client has the right to use the artwork produced digitally on platforms such as Twitch.TV and/or YouTube. It is a requirement to give credit to the artist in any form possible.→ +100% of total price: The client has the rights to use the artwork produced as merchandise and/or promotional material on any monetized platform. Digital and/or physical.→ +250% of total price: This is for larger businesses or higher-selling products. The client has all the rights to use the artwork produced to use for commercial purposes and expect significant sales.
Confidentiality and Agreement
- Personal and contact information between Artist and Commissioner shall not be disclosed to any third parties without consent from other party.Submitting a request form (below) will indicate that you (the "Commissioner") agree to the TOS and conditions between you and Floomf (the "Artist").The Artist is not held responsible for the client's own misconception if they did not read the TOS before requesting.

Work Flow
This is the summarized process of how things will go during the commission.-Ideas-
After submitting a request, several draft sketches will be produced to choose from (at least 2-4).-Render Draft-
After agreeing on the ideas and adjustments, I will submit a colored rendered draft that will closely imitate the full illustration to ensure the colors, lighting and overall look is what is requested.Here, you (the commissioner) can continue to make adjustments to fulfill needs or continue onward to payment and illustration phase.-Illustration Begins-
After payment, this is when I will commit to the illustration. It will roughly take a couple days or weeks depending on how busy I am or the size of the illustration.You can also view the progress of the illustration in phases through Notion here or if you are waiting and want to see what I am currently working on (usernames will be censored).-For Skeb Requests-
Once I receive your request along with your references and such, I will begin working on it when it is next in queue.I usually work in ~4000px and 350-400 dpi. Specifically 2153 x 4090 or smaller (if requested). Files will be uploaded on a Google Drive link, email if preferred, or VGen with a PNG and JPG's (low and high res with a watermarked version).I will then upload any finished work for my portfolio with watermarks tagged for commission unless specifically asked or too NSFW.
